Imaje launching new 5000

This machine offers manufacturers a digital printing technology, specifically designed to mark flexible packaging and film. Imaje says this technology is significantly more responsive and user-friendly than the alternative – hot stamp marking.

The Imaje 5000 TTOL coder can print variable, real-time information (best before, lot numbers, barcodes, marketing information etc) without the need to stop the packing machine in which it is integrated. This is a major advantage when compared with hot stamp technology that is stopped every time the printed information changes.

The company says the versatile design of the Imaje 5000 TTOL series enables easy integration onto most FFS packaging machines on the market. Imaje has both intermittent and continuous options available, and the company says both models have impressive operating features and options.

The Imaje 5000 series is designed for traceability marking onto primary packaging.
