Kwik Kopy Norwood changes ownership

Skinner has worked in the franchise for the last eighteen years, while close friend Smith previously worked as a national sales co-ordinator for San Remo Macaroni. Smith said the new partners’ skill-sets should complement each other.

“Whilst Shane has excellent experience within the printing industry and the [franchise] itself, I bring relationship building, staff management and consultative sales skills to the table,” he said.

Skinner said the decision to take over the business was a simple one.

“It’s an excellent business and doing very well, so the decision was easy,” he said.

“It was a logical step. I love the industry and we have been a forerunner in technology and innovation so it’s an exciting business.”

Smith said: “We both feel incredibly empowered by the ability to make the right decisions for the future of our business and our 12 team members.”
