I am living the dream. I always wanted to be in charge of my own destiny and Art of Packaging has made it a reality.

My wife and my daughters.

Fishing.
What is your favourite TV show?
Anything on fishing. I’m still obsessed.
If you didn’t work in print, what would you be doing?
Honestly, I have no idea.
What really makes your blood boil?
Injustice, both in life and business.
How do you like to unwind?
Spending time with my family, surfing or fishing with my mates, dinner with family and friends. I love relaxing.
What is your favourite piece of kit?
Our Heidelberg CD six-colour. It runs very heavy boards without marking and gives a great gloss without UV inks. Also, the Heidelberg KORD — it’s easy to run, and the finest registering single-colour press ever. I printed art reproductions of up to seven passes for La Musée de Toulouse in France, and achieved perfect registration.
What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
My mother said: “Never give up, and never take no for an answer.”
What did you want to be when you grew up?
A park ranger. I loved Skippy!
