The fully owned support centre in Singapore is responsible for sales and service of customers and partners in Asia, Australia and New Zealand and is celebrating its 10th anniversary.

In response to the steadily growing demands on its centre, Rima-System Far East has doubled its service and support personnel in the last three years. Customers are guaranteed of the shortest response times from both the sales and service department.

“With our local spare parts storage, we can now guarantee a response on part enquiries within 24 hours”, says Bjoern Geller, general manager of Rima-System Far East.

“In our service department, we have provided overhaul packages to existing customers and developed new and individual solutions for printing and binding companies. With the development of new machines including many new third party solutions, we are able to expand our product portfolio.

“The depth of products offered today enables us to offer a truly integrated complete solutions to anyone and helps our customers work more efficiently to save costs”, Geller adds.

Besides serving the rising demand for high speed and highly automated robotic systems, Rima-System Far East can tailor make solutions even for economical applications and simple efficient lines behind coldset presses.

In the last 10 years, Rima-System Far East has established itself as a reliable and competent partner for major OEMs such as Heidelberg, MAN, KBA, Mitsubishi, Manugraph and Goss. Its close proximity to customers has resulted in several major projects such as AIW in Australia, Choice Printing in Taiwan and Kim Hup Lee and Times Printers in Singapore.
