The premises of entertainment company and screen printer Araca has been gutted by a fire attended by 60 firefighters at Marrickville in Sydney.
Fire and Rescue NSW identified the fire broke out around 3.15am and spread through the roof of the Cook Road building.
Sixteen fire trucks, including ladder platforms, responded to the incident as the building partially collapsed.
It said fire crews battled intense flames and have prevented the fire from spreading to neighbouring businesses.
It also mentioned that no injuries were reported and there were no evacuations required at the site.
It is understood by Sprinter that the cause of the fire is yet unknown.
Sprinter has contacted Araca managing director Andrew Helmore for comment to establish whether there was printing equipment destroyed in the blaze.
