The Nyala flatbed printer has been leading the European sales statistics in its class for a decade, according to parent company SwissQprint.
“More than 650 European users have invested in a Nyala flatbed printer over the last 10 years. Counting since the model’s launch in 2012, there are well over 1000 of them on the global market,” swissQprint CEO Kilian Hintermann said.
“We are grateful for the trust our customers have placed in us over all these years.”
In January, the Nyala transitioned to its 5th generation. The flatbed printer clearly offers a combination of quality, productivity and reliability with a wide range of applications.
This model, once again, topped last year’s European sales statistics in the category ‘UV flatbed/hybrid
printers over 60-inches wide in the 130,000 – 650,000 EUR price segment’, as confirmed by the Geneva-based market research institute Infosource – and this is for the 10th time in a row.
The Nyala has a 3.2m by 2m flatbed and, like every swissQprint machine, a modular design for versatility, flexibility and efficiency. Alongside custom ink configurations, users can choose among various add-on options, such as a 3.2m roll-to-roll option and, building on that, a dual roll option for maximum productivity with narrow rolls.
The 5th-generation Nyala offers 10 freely configurable colour channels. Nyala 5 is based on a completely new machine concept that also offers 23 per cent more speed (now 253 m/h, up from 206m/h) with greater precision.
The machine is also certified for high energy efficiency and low maintenance requirements, keeping operating costs to a minimum.
SwissQprint also offers a 36-month factory warranty.
