Sydney print shop in election-style campaign

North Sydney Worldwide Printing Solutions has taken advantage of the election buzz in its newest print promotion, which mirrors an election campaign.

The Worldwide centre has created its own print campaign labelled The Design and Print Party complete with button badges, flyers, posters, and direct mail.

Centre owner Mark Denning devised the campaign for both the North Sydney and Chatswood centres, and will run the promotion until election day July 2. The campaign motto is, ‘working together for a better business solution.’

Local politicians from the Labor and Liberal parties including Peter Hayes and Trent Zimmerman have paid a visit to the North Sydney centre for a handshake and a discussion about Worldwide’s carbon neutrality.

Denning says the campaign idea is a branding exercise intended to make customers remember Worldwide Printing Solutions by capitalising on the heated Australian election.

“Printers should look for alternative ways to advertising, and we thought a fake election campaign was a fun and  memorable way of doing that,” says Denning.

Worldwide’s campaign has garnered so much public interest that the mayor of North Sydney, Jilly Gibson, is set to visit the centre next month.

Most of the campaign’s printing was produced through Worldwide’s offset printing partner Worldwide Production Hub.
