VFX partners with property marketer

National wide format digital print business VFX Print Group and real estate marketing solutions provider Top Snap are partnering up to offer a comprehensive one stop solution.

VFX Print Group will now be able to offer its real estate clients Top Snap services that include residential and commercial photography, floor plans in standard, coloured, interactive and 3D, as well as elevated, drone and aerial photography, and virtual furniture, image enhancement, and 3D home scanning.

Tim Stafford, VFX sales & marketing manager says “For over 25 years VFX Print Group has specialised in servicing the digital printing needs of Australian real estate agents. We understand the importance of fast and reliable service, without compromising on quality, with our efficient distribution system and installation network ensuring seamless supply and installation anywhere in the country.

“We are trusted by the best in the business so we are pleased to partner with Top Snap to bring the latest photography and print marketing solutions to our clients across Australia.”

VFX operates sites in NSW, Queensland, Victoria and the ACT. Top Snap is a growing nationwide franchise business, now with some 25 franchisees operating in most capital cities.

Industry analysts have long touted partnerships as the way forward in the ultra-competitive print world, the deal between VFX and Top Snap seems a textbook example. Real estate printing is a sought after market sector, with its demand for fast turnaround short-run high quality work.

Top Snap will now be able to offer its clients high end print solutions by VFX Print Group that include residential signboards, illuminated signboards, signage, banners and billboards, small format printing, brochures, business cards, DLc, glossy magazines, company branding; office and showroom signage, and vehicle graphics

This offering will be an integral part of the Top Snap Re-Ignite program, which was launched in the first half of FY 2015-16, and has seen striking success, with Top Snap achieving a year-on-year growth of 44 per cent for the first half.

Ralf Barschow, who bought Top Snap in 2014 and is the CEO says, “We are delighted with the results and growth for the first half achieved through the RE-Ignite program. Our new partnership with the dynamic VFX Print Group will further strengthen our position in the market by offering innovative and reliable print solutions to our valued clients.”

Vivian Castelino, marketing manager at Top Snap says, “We have placed print with VFX for some time now, and recognise the outstanding service and quality they provide. We wanted to provide our clients with the one-stop shop, and so partnering with VFX was the natural choice.”
