VIDEO: Konica Minolta’s Adam Todd introduces the AccurioJET 60000

Konica Minolta Australia’s industrial print solutions consultant Adam Todd introduced the new AccurioJET 60000 at drupa 2024.

“Built on the heritage of the very successful KM-1e that was first launched as a beta in 2012 at drupa and launched to market in 2016, the AccurioJET 60000 brings all the pedigrees –  the smarts and the technology from the KM-1  –  but now we’re running at 6000 simplex sheets an hour from 60 GSM to 600 GSM,” Todd told Sprinter at drupa.

“Using our unique Konica Minolta inkjet heads and also new revolutionary inks that allow us now to be able to run the machine at 6000 sheets an hour. “Everything about the Konica Minolta KM-1 and the KM 60000 is around stock flexibility. So, whether you’re running a 60 GSM uncoated stock, an 80 GSM, 100 GSM linen, or a 550 GSM Barry Bleach Board for cake boxes, the KM-1e and the KM 60000 is the press for you”

Konica Minolta announced last month that it had recorded more than 200 sales at drupa. Its 2,400m² two-storey stand was the seventh largest at the show. The sales and support teams included representatives from Europe and countries worldwide, including Brazil, Korea, Iceland, South Africa, Japan, and Australia.
