What does your firm do?

Print management, e-commerce and integrated solutions.

Where are you based?

Auckland.

How many of you are here?

Five.

What are you showing?

Estimate Pro and our iPad app, Primo Live.

What are your hopes?

I hope we’ll secure some of the people who are coming to the show who we’ve missed out on before.

How many PacPrints have you been to?

This is my third.

What is your top tip?

If you’re looking at something that you think is of interest, go to the competitor’s product and ask all the hard questions and go back and forth until you’re clear with the differences between the two.

What’s your best trade show experience?

The best thing at a trade show is the customers. It’s like greeting old friends. At PrintEx, we had customers pulling other people on to the stand for us and introducing them. That’s the best kind of introduction you can have.

When did planning start for PacPrint?

Probably in November. We had to look at what products would be ready in time for the show. The other thing was getting customer testimonials sorted. 

What’s been your biggest PacPrint sale?

We got a group of companies on board from last PacPrint. It took us about 12 month to get it, but that was definitely where it started.
