Kwik Kopy delivers a World of Opportunity at Mega-Conference in Fiji

Kwik Kopy, a franchise business in the design, print, and signage industry, has concluded its highly anticipated 2024 Mega-Conference, themed “World of Opportunities: Empowering US to Make Possible.” Held from 19 to 23 April in Fiji, the conference marked a milestone for Kwik Kopy and its franchisees with a record attendance.

Led by CEO Sonia Shwabsky, the conference showcased Kwik Kopy’s commitment to continuous growth and innovation, highlighting the strides made under Shwabsky’s leadership over the past two years.

With a focus on leadership, brand consistency, industry recognition, and superlative service, Kwik Kopy solidified its position as a leader in the design, print, and signage segment. Workshops centred around issues including wide format expertise, peer learning, community collaboration, and sustainability, all contributing to Kwik Kopy’s healthy post-COVID resurgence.

Matthew Penfold, Chairman of Kwik Kopy Australia, expressed pride in the company’s achievements, saying, “We are immensely proud of the strides we’ve made as a company, and this year’s conference is a testament to our commitment to continuous growth and innovation. The conference saw unprecedented attendance, with over 200 individuals, including franchise owners, partners, staff, suppliers, and industry guests, coming together to celebrate Kwik Kopy’s success and chart the course for future growth.

Penfold congratulated Shwabsky and her team for an outstanding conference, noting that “we have in place a team of exceptional and dedicated leaders and support staff who bring our ideals of excellence, creativity, ambition and community to the fore in all they do. Conference attendees were treated to insightful presentations, interactive workshops, and engaging discussions covering topics crucial to Kwik Kopy’s future success. Topics ranged from leadership and purpose-driven decision-making to customer understanding, e-commerce integration, sustainability initiatives, and investment in growth. The sessions provided valuable insights into shaping the industry’s future and empowering franchisees for success.

Special guests at the conference included Kellie Northwood, CEO of the Visual Media Association, and keynote speaker Mark Carter, who delivered inspiring presentations and workshops.
