HP to stamp its mark on PrintEx and VIIE with Scitex and Indigo products

Visitors will have the chance to view HP Scitex machines at the stands of resellers CPI Graphics, Celmac and GBC. The HP Indigo range will appear on the Currie Group stand.

One of the wide-format stars of HP’s show offering will be the Scitex LX850, an upgrade of the LX800 (pictured).

The digital manufacturer will also host its own stand, the ‘HP Application Gallery’ at VIIE, where visitors will be able to glimpse applications such as custom-printed fabric lounges, leather beanbags and backlit photo prints.

HP Graphic Arts South Pacific director Shane Lucas explained the benefits of the expo partnership.

“The co-location of these trade shows enables HP to have a strong presence through our dedicated HP Application Gallery at VIIE and through our channel partners at PrintEx11,” he said.

“At VIIE we will be demonstrating the effectiveness of the HP Latex ink technology which has become an industry standard with printers around the world taking advantage of the environmental credentials of the HP Latex Ink printers to drive sales.

“There will also be a range of HP Scitex flatbed machines on display and Currie Group will demonstrate the versatility of the HP Indigo range.”
