Group Momentum won the gong for Books and Manuals Printing, whilst Hally Labels collected the Labels and Flexible Packaging award.
“In the case of the Janssen-Cilag detail aid that won the award, as soon as I saw the final printed result I knew it was a standout item and one that my digital print services team can be very proud of producing”, said Group Momentum’s managing director David Minnett.
Meanwhile, Hally Labels director Roger Watt said that his company was “delighted” with their award.
“Innovation and quality are very important to us and the jobs we submitted are indicative of the range of work we produce”, said Watt. “It is fantastic to be rewarded for our commitment to producing the best quality labels and packaging.”
Group Momentum was also a runner-up in the Marketing Collateral category, which was won by Indonesian company PT Suburmitra Grafistama and Singapore’s A&P Coordinator (a full list of winners is published below). Other local runners-up included Momento Pro (Limited Editions & Art Reproductions), Picpress (Photobooks and Events & Campaigns), Soar Printing (Packaging), Supastik (Labels & Flexible Packaging), and RFID N Print (Specialty Printing).
The Awards attracted over 200 submissions across 12 countries in the region and were spread across eight categories.
Award winners were presented with their trophies at a gala dinner held in conjunction with the InfoTrends Digital Printing Seminar in Singapore, with the winning entries also being showcased at the event.
Winning entries were selected based on their degree of innovation and creativity, marketing appeal, use of digital technology, paper selection, use of ink and colour, finishing and packaging, and overall aesthetics.
