The number of subscribers to the industry's only daily newsletter increased from 5,044 to 7,639 in 2012.

We also made a strong social media push this year. Our Twitter following grew from 1,038 to 1,540 and we finished the year with 252 people liking our new Facebook page.

We also started hosting regular discussions in our LinkedIn group. Printers responded by posting thoughtful and helpful comments. Along the way, group membership skyrocketed from 36 to 396.

ProPrint will return on Monday 7 January – but that doesn't mean you won't have plenty to read over the Christmas break.

Our homepage will feature all the 'best ofs' from 2012. You'll find annual wraps for Blue Star, PMP, Geon and Paperlinx. You'll also be able to read all the biggest stories we published on contract wins and losses, mergers and acquisitions, hirings and firings, government print strategy, award wins and franchise news.
