New newspaper chief for APN

Dan Blackbourn, formerly of Fairfax, has been appointed General Manager, Operations, for the APN New Zealand Regional Newspapers Group.

This is a key new role, with overall responsibility for the company’s regional printing operations, which comprise eight web and sheetfed print sites throughout New Zealand.
