Publishing, marketing and distribution rights of Quark Publishing System (QPS) have been returned to Quark Inc. in a business realignment that will see Australiaís Modulo Systems surrender the development contract but retain distribution of the product. As part of the shake-up, Moduloís ownership has reverted to founder Lee Silverman and a group of investors via a buy out of former interests. It is expected that a new board of directors will be announced shortly.
