Spot Productions, which runs a Ryobi Press at its Pinkenba facility, also took out gold in the First Time Entries and Annual Reports & Prospectus categories.
The glamorous night – which was hosted by master of ceremonies Bruce Irwin, along with entertainment from comedian, Peter Berner – was held at the Sofitel Hotel in Brisbane.
Platypus Graphics was another big winner on the night with the prominent print shop grabbing the gold in the Packaging – cardboard substrate, Embellishment, Lithographic – one colour and Presentation folders categories as well as receiving a Judges Special Commendation.
Organisers of the event said this year’s awards focused on recognising the best of the best in print communications and business management in the contemporary industry, while the theme reflected the “Impressions of Queensland”.
