JPE to look at future of print and paper with industry review night

Dr Christopher Caton, chief financial officer of BT Financial Group, will offer an Australian and global financial outlook as well as addressing what the future may hold for the print industry.

JPE past president Franca Balsamo said she was pleased to welcome Caton back to the event.

“Chris is always on the money,” she said.

“He is very aware of what is going on with the economy. Every year it is amazing to see how he can pick trends in the market that we see throughout the following year,” she said.

Caton will be followed by CPI chief executive Bernard Cassell (pictured), who is also president of the Australian Paper Industry Association (APIA). Cassell is set to discuss the trials and tribulations of the paper world.

Balsamo said the subject matter would be of interest to those industry members assuming senior positions as well as younger print players.

The events takes place 15 March with tickets starting at $70, a registration form can be downloaded here.
